Some of the ways I solve my time evaluation issues:
a. Check if the issue is occurring for only one employee or set of employees ?
b. If not for all, try to compare with an employee on similar profile, who is getting correct output.
c. If for only particular employee, try to check the dates on which quota number is changing and it may be a data issue.
d. Check the processing for the day where issue is happening to figure out the PCR which may be impacting TE.
