As per SAP Note 2050 (Which i already suggested to you) possible reasons for the above issue could be

Incomplete file transfer

1. Make sure the export is complete and that the target directory has enough space for the file. Then transfer the file again.

Here i would suggest you to test the file by following command from the Note i.e

R3trans -l R3TRTABUADR6S

After that kindly share the results for same.
