yes sure, i will explain.

The WBS has properties called Funded_program which user selects from dropdown provided. ONce refreshed the dimension override will list out the WBS member having that funded program.

Second Property is Called FUND. This Fund property needs to be fetched from the refreshed wbs members. The value needs to be posted to WBS_dummy and its fund value.

There is another dimension called Fund. So for posting values to Fund dimension, the fund members are populated from WBS dimension again.

Dimensions WBS, Fund,Category,Account,Time, ....so on.

Local member donot work because if user selects another funded program and refresh, new set of wbs members will be listed below. if i try to post those aggregated value in WBS_dummy it may overrite the previous things.
