Looking for .NET XML Component

Greetings All,

Maybe PB does what I want easily, but not sure.

I am looking for a component that does the following:

1. Somehow associated with a datawindow.
2. Somehow associated with an XML Schema.
3. Called iteratively (once for header, once for detail and once for footer).
4. Generates and saves an XML Schema Validated XML document.

Ideally, the arguments are dynamically generated by reading the XML Schema.

Does such a thing exist?
