Context Menu in KM Repository is missing

Hi Experts,

We have recently faced an issue where the context menu in KM Repository is missing out. This happened after the latest patch update on the portal (EP 7.0)

Please see the expected behavior of the context menu in lower environment.

However in production currently this is looking like:

Please suggest how do we rectify the issue. We already have restarted the server but that didn't resolve the issue.
