I tried export to excel and then into words and all combinations the phrase seems to be okay (i.e. °C symbol appeared correctly and perfect).
a) There are similar phrases in thai and other languages as well. In fact this same phrase maintained in different language too but other language doesn't seems to have this problem. Yes - Obviously i believe the issue is with thai language but don't how to find/crack it.
b) The issue is with all the system (dev,quality,prod). I have already tried to re-insert, modify the phrases but still '#' symbol replaces it in text view mode.
We uploaded the phrases through a program by using text file. Even i created manually a phrase still the same.
