Transposing Horizontal Data Table to a Vertical Data Table

hi All,

we are trying to create a vertically transposed dataset out of a traditional table and would like to know the various possibilities.

Data will be fetched from a real time HANA View so performance is also a key concern as total dimensions and key figures to be transposed are around 150

Please review below our business scenario.

since there are too many fields involved,  we will need to do this via procedure, Can you guys advise the best ways to achieve this.
