You should not post to GL using the current day bank statement. Current day bank statement should be used only for cash management purposes.
Having said that you can upload current day bank statement multiple times in a day as the time on the BAI file will be different. You can ask your bank to send only 'delta' transactions so that there will be no duplicate transactions reported.
