dear SAP gurus,
My client is having requirement that in case employee take excess leaves, same has to be adjusted in F&F settlement as recovery from /416 in case if he resigns later on.
Currently we have no time evaluation and we are using IT2010 for all employees attendence and leaves. and attendnce is uploaded through their own time mgmt. system.
And in schenma also we have automatic leave accrual driver which take care of all acrued leaves.
Please guide....
Do we have to calculate the recovery amount outside SAP and put the same in IT-0015 as negative amount or there is some logic.
