1. Are you having this problem in a new workbook, or a workbook opened from NetWeaver platform?
Having problem with existing report opened from SAP BW using BICS..
2. Is the workbook/worksheet protected in any way?
No its not protected.
3. Have you been able to insert Data Source before now? If yes, have you changed your version or Excel set-up?
Yes we are able to insert before..There was no config change before/after the issue has occured.
4. Are you trying to insert to a cell that already has a crosstab? Does the Analysis "Display" panel show any components in the workbook?
No,yes it shows the components in the workbook for the existing one.
5. Are you able to connect to BW from other SAP applications on the machine? Maybe check your SAPLogon.ini file and credentials....
