Hi,

Without increasing decimal place under General settings, not possible to get four decimal places. If you run above query, the system will throw an arrow message that,

1). [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Arithmetic overflow error converting int to data type numeric.  'User-Defined Values' (CSHS)

To over come above error, please refer link:
