Hi,
In addition to AKPT, check another methodology to check stock with other UOMs.
In MMBE, System shows stock in BUOM,
just change UOM to your alternative UOM & click refresh(Clt + F2)
It'll show stock as per UOM conversation factor you maintained in Material Master.
